Deposit Contract

We ask for a $300.00 deposit for standard color breeding's and $500.00 deposit for our designer colors breeding's... Sorry NO refunds. Deposits ARE partial payments towards the purchase price of the puppy that you have placed a hold on. If you have put money on a puppy and afterwards change your mind you have thus forfeited your money. If for some unforeseen circumstance you can not take home a puppy you have placed a hold on, YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE LOST and you may take home a puppy from the next litter. The remaining balance of full amount is due by the time the puppy is ready to go home. Puppies will be ready for their new home at 8 weeks of age. If for any reason you cannot complete the transaction by the time the puppy is ready to go home a $15.00 a day boarding fee will be added to the purchase price of your puppy. If your puppy is not picked up by 9 weeks of age you will have defaulted and understand the puppy you had placed a hold on will be offered to the next available person on our waiting list (unless otherwise noted in writing). All money put toward the puppy will be used for advertising, caring, and feeding of the puppy. Puppies will be ready to go home NO EARLIER THAN 8 WEEKS OF AGE. If you are having your puppy shipped as carry on cargo we ask for half of the balance along with shipping costs by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age. When we arrive with your puppy we will accept the remaining balance (cash only). If your puppy is being shipped by a temperature controlled flight we ask for the full amount (in addition to shipping costs) to be paid by 6 weeks of age. We believe this puppy to be in good health and sound at time of sale. Your puppy will be checked by a licensed vet (Dr Butchko) prior to pick-up or shipping. Puppy will also have had their first and second set of immunizations and de-wormed prior to pick-up or shipping. Puppy will also come with a Health Guarantee Contract at time of sale. (By placing a deposit you acknowledge and accept these terms and have now entered into a binding contract with Le Roys Bullies)
