INITIAL VETERNARIAN EXAM
It is the condition of this contract that the purchaser have the pet examined by a licensed vet within 3 days of purchase to determine in writing wether the pet is fit or unfit for purchase. TO ACTIVATE THIS CONTRACT PLEASE E-MAIL YOUR VETERNARIANS INITIAL EXAMINATION WITHIN 3 BUISNESS DAYS (of purchase) TO romanjacobleroy@yahoo.com. IF WE DO NOT RECIEVE CONFIRMATION OF INITIAL VET EXAM WITHIN THE 3 BUISNESS DAYS THIS CONTRACT WILL NOT BE ACTIVE AND WILL BECOME VOID.
General Terms and Conditions:
If in the opinion of the veterinarian your pet is found "unfit for purchase" due to an illness or
disease (that existed on or before the delivery of the puppy to the purchaser) you may return the
pet to Le Roy's Bullies and receives another puppy of equal value. If there is not a puppy available at the time, you may choose from on our next available litter of puppies.
A diagnosis of coccidiosis, kennel cough, bronchitis, giarrdia, parasites, and mites or any other
type bacteria or viral infection DOES NOT render your puppy unhealthy. These health issues are
usually treated with inexpensive medicine. They are often brought on by stress of a new home,
new people, and new surroundings. These above issues are not considered life threatening.
To make a claim under these provisions, bring your pet back to Le Roy's Bullies within 24
hours of the veterinarian's initial examination. You must also bring a signed statement from the
veterinarian showing the date (within the 3 day period of purchase) on which he/she conducted
his/her examination, and the reason he/she believes the pet is unfit for purchase.This statement
must also include his/her description of the symptoms supporting his/her opinion. You must return any registration application documents for this puppy that has been delivered to you. You must also sign any and all documents back to Le Roy's Bullies before replacement puppy will be issued to you. If we do not have a present litter then you will need to wait for a future litter.
WARRANTY AGAINST HERIDITARY CONDITIONS
Notify Le Roy's Bullies as soon as possible but no later than 3 days of the diagnosis by a
veterinarian licensed by the state of California, stating the dog to be unfit for purchase due to
illness, a congenital or hereditary condition, or the presence of symptoms of a contagious or
infectious disease that existed on or before the delivery of the dog to the purchaser, and that
adversely affects the health of the dog.The purchaser shall return the dog along with a copy of
the veterinarian's legal statement as soon as possible but no later than 3 days of the diagnosis.
IF THE PUPPY IS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING A CONGENITAL HEART MURMUR
The puppy MUST BE RETURNED within 3 days of diagnosis and we will replace the
puppy with one of equal value and price, A heart murmur will require a diagnostic letter
(at the expense of the purchaser) and confirmation stating it adversely affects the health
of the dog. If we do not have a present litter we ask that you patiently wait as we only have
a few litters a year.
LE ROY'S BULLIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITH HOLD REPLACEMENT OF A PUPPY IF A
VETERNARIAN OF ITS SELECTION DOES NOT CONFIRM DIAGNOSIS. MEDICAL SPECULATION
WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
If all the above requirements have been met Le Roy's Bullies will be more than happy to
accommodate the purchaser with an exchange of a puppy. If for some reason we do not have
any available puppies at the time you may choose from our next available litter.
In the event of death, with a written statement from a veterinarian licensed in the state of
California stating that the dog died from an illness on or before the delivery of the dog to the
purchaser.The presentation of the statement (presented no later than 3 days from date of death)
and an autopsy report shall be sufficient proof to claim a replacement and return of the diseased dog to the breeder shall not be required. AN AUTOPSY IS REQUIRED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE
PURCHASER.
If all the above requirements have been met Le Roy's Bullies will be more than happy to
accommodate the purchaser with a replacement puppy. If we do not have an available puppy
at the time you may choose from our next available litter.
REPLACEMENT PUPPY WILL NEED TO BE AGREED UPON BY SELLER TO BE SAME
COMPARABLE BLOODLINE AND PRICE RANGE. REPLACEMENT PUPPIES WILL NOT COME WITH WARRANTY UNLESS NOTED IN WRITING.
The above warranty against hereditary conditions apply from the
date of birth ____/____/____to ____/____/____.
Per your request of 6 months ____ or 1 year____ as noted above. ______(INITILAS)

will become active and reviewed as soon as we get the e-mail and all documentation needed.
We will contact you to discuss your claim and all options, we are willing to work with you as
long as we have all required documents, and will be happy to discuss any other options you

EXCLUSIONS
Le Roy's Bullies shall not be responsible to reimburse the purchase for:
1. Illness or death resulting from maltreatment, neglect, injury routine care/ and or an
illness contracted subsequent to the delivery of the pet to the purchaser.
2. Failing to carry out the recommended treatment prescribed by the treating veterinarian
who made the initial diagnosis.
3. Refunds/ Credits for anything other than what is stated above in the warranty section.
4. Any routine care or treatment such as vaccines, fecal exams, or treatment for internal
parasites or any other standard preventive health care, including the initial exam required
as a condition of this warranty contract. Initial exam is described as the first visit to a licensed
veterinarian after purchase.
5. Medical expenses for dental, castration, spaying, breeding. Cosmetic surgery, grooming,
bathing, nail trims, and gland expression, and all hospitalization arising from such procedures.
6. Illness preventable by vaccination.
7. Physiological conditions and behavior problems that may or may not be congenital,
irrespective of the method of treatment, including therapy and training.
8. Expenses incurred after death of the pet including costs of examination, removal and or
burial.
9.There is no warrant expressed or implied that you will be able to use this pet for breeding
or showing purposes.
10. Le Roy's Bullies will not refund or exchange any pet for reasons other than those conditions
clearly stated, including allergies to pet, incompatibility,landlord tenant issues, marital
problems or related issues.
11. Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration, and other heat related conditions are not covered in
any way. He/She must be an indoor dog.
BREED CONDITIONS NOT COVERED
There are many hereditary conditions that are extremely common in bulldogs. There is NO
GUARANTEE for any condition that is specifically related to this breed. Le Roy's Bullies does
not guarantee any bulldog for these conditions. the primary conditions are hip dysplasia,
hip and shoulder conformation associated with breed standard requirements, demodicosis,
enropion, elongated palate, prolapsed rectum or uterus, soft pallet, skin allergies,
reproductive problems, stenotic stares, cherry eye, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, parasites
and viral or bacterial infection. For example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and demodectic
mange are not covered by this guarantee. NO joint problems are covered; this includes hips,
knees or any other joints, buyer must research the breeds and understand that the conformation
of the breed invites certain problems. Short stocky builds promotes these joints problems. The
wrinkles in the skin promote irritation problems, Wrinkles in the skin may also promote eye
problems. None of these are covered. An overweight bulldog can also lead to health issues.

THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN ME AND LE ROY'S BULLIES CONCERNING THE HEALTH,
CONDITION, DEVELOPMENT, USE OR LOSS OF THE PET PURCHASED TODAY. I WILL NOT RELY
ON ANY ORAL STATEMENTS CONTRARY TO THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT UNLESS IT IS INCLUDED
IN WRITING I HAVE READ AND COMPLETLY UNDERSTAND THESE WARRENTYS, INCLUDING THE
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ALLOF WHICH I ACCEPT.
